After getting pregnant at the age of 33 with C-section delivery, I faced a lot of challenges along. Also, I faced gestational diabetes, thyroid during pregnancy & low hemoglobin. I was looking pregnant even after delivering the baby. So, I decided to lose weight & lost 18 kgs in just 5 months with the help of yoga, pranayam, meditation & simple lifestyle changes.
